We Build A Greener Future With Innovative Products That Are Efficient & Sustainable
By inspiring leadership and inventive ideation, Redifil Nonwovens is blended with years of experience; going & growing every day to accelerate the production capacity. We offer the SSMMS technic (3 beams of Spunbond and 2 beams of Meltblown) which is a 5-layered PP Nonwoven fabric manufactured using the future generation 5 Beam Technology with up to 1600 mm width range at the speed of 650 meters per minute to serve clients better, especially for the Medical and Hygiene Care applications. This will enhance our production capacity up to 10000 MT per annum with three production lines: 1.6 S, 1.6 SS & 1.6 SSMMS.
Our 12,000 square meters’ facility is situated in Rajkot, India, with a dedicated research and development wing equipped with capabilities for testing GSM, air permeability, thickness, fibre distribution microscope and tensile testing. In addition, the facility is also equipped with liquid, runoff and wetback testing facilities for hydrophilic nonwoven fabric.

Redifil’s Super Soft Spunbond Nonwoven Fabric is versatile and customised through value added treatments meeting the demands of very challenging market of sanitary pads, baby diapers and adult diapers. We also offer custom solutions, delivered with the highest quality standards and in the shortest possible time period.
