Reliability as known from practice
Customer projects are run on machinery of leading manufacturers in the Technical Center Felting. State-of-the-art machinery featuring different variation options like pitches, condensing rollers, etc. can be booked as and if needed. A complete needle range with approx. 2000 types is available to assure no limits when it comes to testing series.
The results are highly reliable due to industry-oriented working widths of all components of the production line. The experts lead through every single production step, and when it comes to the finishing of the produced textile surface, the equipment (padder, thermofixation unit with stretching and relaxing frame) is available to complete the job on a laboratory scale.
Groz-Beckert offers parallel tests in an accredited textile laboratory. On-site tests are always monitored by the customers who receive the complete test documentation after completion.

The versatile components of the production line and complementary services provide the basis for successful tests at the TEZ. Needless to say that the know-how customers gained will be treated confidentially. The TEZ was opened in 2010 in order to open up new development and application fields for textiles in cooperation with customers and partners.
