The integrated T-SUPREMA line concept
Each subsystem is optimised for uptime, cleanliness and uniform production:

- Fiber preparation – T‑BLEND: Features modular bale openers, precision weighers (pan and belt), and the TBL-FB feed box for consistent tuft delivery
- Carding with TWF‑NC-X, TW-NC-Xe, TWF‑NCT-X and TWF‑NCR cards: Trützschler’s advanced carding technologies ensure consistent fiber blending and web formation across a wide range of materials—delivering high-quality webs for every technical application
- Crosslapping, web drafting and profiling: Both Trützschler and Texnology offer advanced technologies for precise web layering, safe and efficient material transport, and automated closed-loop profiling—ensuring optimal web quality and consistent product characteristics. The ideal solution is selected according to application needs
- Needlelooms: Texnology’s needlelooms combine high productivity and energy efficiency with minimal vibration and noise. Their modular design and smart engineering ensure easy maintenance, fast needle-board changes, and consistently reliable operation—delivering uniform bonding and long service intervals
- End-of-line equipment: Various trusted partners supply a broad range of excellent finishing machinery, for instance belt ovens, accumulators and winders
Technical data

- Fibers: PP, PET, PA, recycled fibers, PTFE, Aramide, PPS, hemp, flax, glass etc. in various fineness
- Web weight: From less than 15 gsm to 3,000 gsm
- Working width at winder: Up to 7.0 m
- Needle loom configurations: Single-board, double-board, single- and double board tandem, and Quadro board
Additional benefits of working with Trützschler
- Proven Clean Concept: Our “Clean Concept” design includes smart designs in the T-BLEND machinery, all cards and even Texnology’s needlelooms. Component design, sealings, targeted air streams and powerful suctions significantly enhance machine availability and efficiency by minimising fiber deposits and simplifying cleaning as well as maintenance
- T-ONE: The centralised client‑server system records roll quality, customer specifications, recipes and KPIs, digitalises routines and supports optimisation—to boost line performance and to save energy, fiber material and other resources
- Nonwovens Customer and Technology Center (NCTC – Egelsbach, Germany): Our industrial-scale trial center features a multifunctional T-SUPREMA line, enabling comprehensive fiber and process trials for both needle-punched and needle-punched/spunlaced products. In addition, dedicated facilities are available for carding/spunlacing, wet-laying/spunlacing, and air-through bonding processes
- After‑sales service: Trützschler Nonwovens’ service offers include inspections, efficiency consulting, service contracts, remote support, upgrades, original parts and training—keeping uptime and performance high
Key applications (selected)
- Geotextiles: High-strength nonwovens for reinforcement, drainage and soil separation. Long‑term durability when synthetic fibers are used, while temporary, biodegradable solutions are based on natural fibers
- Heat and chemical resistant filtration media for HVAC, cabin air, hot‑gas and liquid industrial filtration
- Automotive textiles: Solutions for visible interiors and dense acoustic/thermal components
- Technical felts & composites: Substrates for acoustic panels, artificial leather and industrial felts requiring dimensional stability
