JB Ecotex is the latest unit of Jay Bharat Group and started in October, 2015. The company is based at Surat, Gujarat, India and are producing high tenacity recycled polyester staple fiber using pet bottle waste. JB Ecotex’s production capacity is 5000 MT per month (60,000 MT per year). The company cites competitiveness, timely delivery and quality, as some of its key USPs. The company sells all over India, and also exports to various countries in Europe, Latin America and Asia.
JB Ecotex is one of the biggest manufacturers in India under one roof. It had recently launched premium RPSF under the brand name ‘Renaya’. The company is very happy to participate in Techtextil 2021 being organized by Messe Frankfurt India. They feel that it’s worthwhile. The company had participated in the previous event and found the response spectacular. So far as its vision in the near future is concerned, the company wants to make further expansion into recycled PSF by 2025. JB Ecotex recycles 6000 MT of used water and cool-drink bottles a month.
